Donald has been studying and teaching Krav Maga self-defense since 2003. With over two decades of experience training practitioners across all skill levels, Donald brings a depth of knowledge that few instructors in the Orlando area can match.
He has trained with nationally recognized Krav Maga experts and continually refines his curriculum to reflect real-world threats. His classes are known for being engaging, practical, and results-driven.

Coach Medina brings over a decade of Krav Maga self-defense experience to every class. His focus is on delivering the most practical, realistic instruction possible — from defensive striking and weapons
awareness to ground escape and situational response.
Coach Medina is passionate about building a curriculum that grows with each student and prepares them for the unexpected.

We offer adult Krav Maga, teen self-defense, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes to members in Longwood, Lake Mary, Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, and the surrounding areas.
