At Elite Krav Maga, we don't teach you a script to memorize; we teach you the skills to survive.
While other schools force you to learn rigid, choreographed techniques, we weaponize you with actual skills and a strong body.
We don't train you to fight like us—we give you the fitness, leverage, and situational fluency to fight like you.
Elite Krav Maga is not your traditional "martial arts" school. Nor are we a fight club or MMA gym.
Our training environment allows students to have fun while they learn.
Here you will find all the equipment - heavy bags, kicking shields, kettlebells, battle ropes, etc. - you will need to develop the skills, fitness, and conditioning needed to survive a physical assault or attack.
Krav Maga (k'ráv-magá) is Hebrew for close combat and is a self-defense and fighting system developed for the Israel Defense Forces and Israeli security forces derived from a combination of techniques sourced from Boxing, Wrestling, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, and Karate.
Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and its extreme efficiency.

Meet Our Chief Instructor
Donald has been studying and teaching Krav Maga since 2003. He was heavily into the martial arts as a teen and later a young man. He soon discovered his real passion in Krav.
He has trained with experts from across the country and always feels there is more to learn when it comes to self defense. When he's not on the mats he loves to travel, photography and hockey. GO BOLTS!
Meet Our Operations Head
Mr. Medina - affectionately called "Coach" - has been training in Krav Maga Self Defense for over a decade.
Teaching students the most practical and realistic self-defense skills pushes Mr. Medina to continually learn and improve the Elite Krav Maga curricula.
